User Data Deletion Instructions

For users of Viasz Infotech websites, ERP, and WhatsApp Business / Meta API messaging services operated by Viasz Infotech India Private Limited.

How to request deletion

If you want us to delete personal data we hold about you (including WhatsApp-related data we control), follow these steps:

1. Send an email to support@viasz.com.
2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
3. Include:
   • Your full name
   • Phone / WhatsApp number
   • Email address
   • Facebook / Meta User ID (if known and relevant)
   • A short description of the data you want deleted
4. We will verify your identity and confirm when deletion is completed, usually within 30 days, unless law requires us to retain certain records.
