Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Viasz Infotech India Private Limited. We strive to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below. This policy applies to our Garments / Textile ERP software, implementation, subscription, training, and related digital services. We do not sell physical products, so no shipping or physical returns apply.

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel scheduled services by providing notice at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled service date, via email at support@viasz.com or phone at +91 99431 12222.

• Cancellations made with sufficient notice will receive a full refund of unused prepaid amounts where the service has not commenced.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service date may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee, or one month’s subscription fee, whichever is applicable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

• The service was not provided as described.
• The service was not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.
• A first-time subscription payment where ERP access has not yet been provisioned, if requested within 7 days of payment.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@viasz.com or +91 99431 12222 within 7 days of the service date or invoice date, whichever is later. Include your company name, invoice or transaction reference, and reason for the request.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including:

• Services that have been fully rendered.
• Custom software development, on-site or remote implementation, data migration, and training once work has commenced.
• Third-party charges such as SMS credits, WhatsApp / Meta messaging credits, domain, SSL, hosting add-ons, and government or statutory fees.
• Renewal subscription fees after the subscription period has started and access has been used.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed and issued within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment gateway. Refunds will generally be credited to the original payment method.

5. Partial Refunds

If a service has been partially rendered or partially completed, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, based on the proportion of the service completed.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.

7. Governing Law

This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India.
